Oceanside Animal Hospital is looking for an upbeat, collaborative veterinary technician interested in working on our surgical team as well as working on the floor in the urgent care and appointment departments.
Duties include preparing patients for surgery, monitoring patients during surgery, cleaning and organizing surgical instruments, post-op monitoring, discharging patients, triaging cases, supporting the urgent care DVM in the room and in the treatment area with record keeping, client education, obtaining and running diagnostic samples, performing treatments and assisting with surgical patients where needed.
