Sandwich, MA Sandwich, MA Full-time Full-time $21 - $22 an hour $21 - $22 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago The Food Service Associate will report to the Culinary Program Manager and will be responsible for preparing the ingredients for Tree House lobster rolls, according to predetermined specs, and serving the item to the guest.
This person will provide excellent guest experience and help carry out our overall mission to make the best beverages, and now lobster rolls, in the world and to serve them in the most friendly and memorable environment possible.
As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
Preparing lobster rolls to the specifications of our Tree House Lobster Roll SOP.
Toasting buns, putting the prepared lobster in the bun, and serving to the guest.
Serving lobster rolls to customers in an inviting, friendly environment.
Performing quality checks, ensuring that the ingredients are meeting the standards set by Tree House Labeling and organizing ingredients in correct dated (FIFO) order so they can be easily accessed Monitoring inventory and notifying management of low stock levels as necessary Keeping work areas and overall kitchen sanitized and clean Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Keep all kitchen ingredients in accordance with company policy and product shelf dates, always making use of the oldest products first (first in, first out).
Ensure that company standards of safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are maintained.
Applicant Requirements:
Prior experience working in a customer facing position, ideally in the food service industry A food handler's license is preferred Proven food preparation and food handling experience Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures The ability to follow standardized recipes The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Hourly Rate:
